What do you do to make spring break fun for your kids? Parents often rack their brains trying to come up with something fun, exciting and interesting. I had the pleasure of taking two fathers and their sons on a spring break fishing charter adventure.
We were blessed with calming seas and a lazy northwest swell. When we arrived on one of my favorite spots for 1/2 days local charters we got to work. It wasn’t a day for big fish, but we made up for it in quantity. The dads and boys got busy yanking and tugging in lots of rockfish.
I was so impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm these two you boys showed for the sport of fishing. Quite impressive and helped us all have a great time.
Here are a few photos of some of our catch of Copper and Vermilion Rockfish.
If you are trying to come up with something unusual and fun for all the family, a day fishing in the Santa Barbara waters is one of the best. Give me a call and let have some safe, family bonding time.
